Herself Co. is on a mission to create a thriving community of compassionate and supportive young women. The brand’s confidence curriculum is designed by women for women to help improve all facets of mental health. Guided by a combination of insight-based techniques and hands-on activities, young women who take the course will walk away with more confidence, compassion, and sense of community.
